• check_circleThe language you choose is saved in your browser (localStorage) so the site opens in that language next time. It never leaves your device.
• check_circleOur hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• check_circleIcon fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some images from an external image host, so your browser connects to those services.
• check_circleWe do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

When you contact us by phone, Zalo, email or social media, we receive what you share — for example your name, company, contact details and job descriptions. We use it only to reply, prepare candidate shortlists and deliver the services you request.

When you apply for a job, you upload a CV (PDF, DOC or DOCX). It is stored securely in Google Drive and in private cloud storage, linked to the job you applied for. We use it to assess your fit for that role, contact you about it and, where relevant, present your profile to the hiring company. The careers site also keeps anonymous visit and job-view counts that contain no personal data.

To find candidates for our clients, we process professional profile information that people have made available on public professional platforms, such as name, job history and professional contact details. We use it only to identify and contact suitable candidates about relevant opportunities. If you do not want to be contacted, tell us and we will stop.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the hiring company for a role you are being considered for, with the service providers that host our websites and files (such as Vercel, Supabase and Google), or when required by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and limit access to the team members who need it.

Under applicable Vietnamese personal data protection law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email hr@betterchance.vn and we will respond within a reasonable time.
